During the duration of your lease, items in your apartment may require the services of our Maintenance Department.  If you need maintenance for non-emergency repairs, you can Request Maintenance online and it will be handled during office hours.

In case of water leakage, please notify the Maintenance Department immediately at (217) 352-1472. All maintenance requests must go through the Maintenance Department. Please do not contact the maintenance staff individually as they cannot authorize repairs.  Residents are expected to change their own light bulbs and reset circuit breakers.  Residents will be charged for any maintenance resulting from negligence or misuse.

For after hours emergencies, please call (217) 352-1472 to connect with the after hour’s answering service. They will be able to dispatch personnel if you should have an emergency. Please see 24-Hour Emergency Maintenance .
