When renting a college apartment, most apartment leases begin in August and last through August of the next year.  When searching our site, here is what the various availability terms mean:

• Available Now – Specific units in a building are available for immediate move in.  If you did not specify your required availability, you will need to see the property page to determine which unit types are available now.
• Available Soon – Specific units in a building will be available before next August.  Contact the Leasing Department for specific dates.  If you did not specify your required availability, you will need to see the property page to determine which unit types are available soon.
• Available August – This indicates that specific units in a building will be available next August during regular apartment turnover.  See the property details for what unit types will be available.
