Rent is due on the 1st of the month.  There is a 5 day grace period and rent is considered late after 5PM on the 5th of the month.  Please refer to your lease for your rent due date and late fee information. You can easily pay rent online and set up an auto pay through The University Group Resident Portal. 

You can also pay rent at our office with a check or money order.  Please include your name, building address, and apartment number on your check or money order so that your account is credited properly and you are not assessed a late fee.  We DO NOT accept cash.

When you sign a University Group lease you contract to pay a total amount of money, and you get your apartment between certain dates. Leases rarely cover exactly 52 weeks. However, your payment is the same every month.

The amount of rent you will pay for the entire lease term is divided into 12 equal installments. Your monthly rent installment due is 1/12 of the total rent due for the entire length of the lease.

The first rent installment is due when you pick up the keys. The final installment is due July 1.
