Hi, my two roommates and I are looking to sublease the entire apartment located 309 E white St. Apt 203. It is in an amazing location being right across from County Market and only a few blocks from Green Street. We are graduating in May and will be moving back to the city by June. The sublease contract will be from June 1- August 1 in which you will be able to sign your own contract August if you choose to. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and cozy with three bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 1 parking spot is available if you are interested and can be discussed for the price. The price will be $680 per person not including utilities which can range from $50-60 per person per month. If you do not have roommates that is okay; we can discuss prices.
