I’m subleasing a bedroom in a 5 bed, 2 bath, women only, apartment for the summer. May 17 2025 to July 30th 2025. I don't believe any of us are staying here over this summer, so it would essentially be a one bedroom apartment. It's at 1107 S Fourth Street, directly next to BIF and Ikenberry, and super close to the ARC! It's also right next to several bus stops (yellow, gold, bronze, green, purple, and cyan all directly next to) and 2.5ish blocks from Main Quad. Its also super close to Research Park. Has washer and dryer in unit, and a nicely remodeled kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as TV’s in every room. There is parking available in the garage under the building. Rent is 480$ a month, and I'm willing to negotiate a different deal or amount!
