I am looking to sublease a single bedroom apartment at the top floor of 1007 W. Main from June to July, with the move in during the last week of May. I will cover the entire rent for May and partial rent for June and July (these are the last two months before the lease ends). The standard rent (excluding utilities and internet fees) is $1440 per month, and I can cover $240 of rent for both June and July (I am willing to negotiate on this).
