I am subleasing my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at 507 S Second St with a parking spot from mid January/February–July 31, 2026. The current rent is $1535/month plus $85/month for the garage parking spot. I will cover $500 per month. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator access. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, tv, internet, garbage, heat/AC, and a large, private balcony with great sunset views. The apartment will include the furniture provided by University Group. It is in a quiet area directly across the street from Scott Park, near restaurants on Green Street, a short walk to the Quad, as well as County Market. There is also a full gym on the first floor.
