I am subleasing a private bedroom in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. This apartment includes in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, furniture (bed, desk, dresser, couches, chairs, table, etc.), hardwood floors, carpeting in the bedroom, internet, and is also a multilevel unit. I am subleasing my 1 bedroom for $667 per month, plus electric and water. There are three other females living here, so I will be subleasing to females only. The lease will go now until July 31, 2026.
