Looking for someone to sublease a luxury studio apartment for the Summer (mid May - mid August 2026). The apartment is quiet, safe, and has a package room. The studio comes FULLY FURNISHED with a bed, couch, desk, chairs, etc. It also comes with stainless steel appliances, a TV, and an in-unit laundry. This place is located 7min away from the BIF and other business buildings as well as an 8min walk to Green St and the ARC. Rent is $1100 (originally $1450) + $95 utilities (internet included).
