Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease my 1-bedroom apartment at 601 E. Clark St., Unit #11, for the upcoming lease term. I have lived at this property for two years and have been very satisfied with it. Things I like most about the apartment: - Less than 1 block from the ECE Building and less than 10 minutes walk from the Engineering Quad - Safe and quiet neighborhood - In-unit washer and dryer I am currently scheduled to transfer from 603 E. Clark St., Unit #25, to 601 E. Clark St., Unit #11. Unit #11 will be fully renovated during the upcoming fall semester, with completion expected by January. So, you would stay at 603 E. Clark St., Unit #25, during the fall and move to 601 E. Clark St., Unit #11, next year. The final move-in timeline may depend on the transfer schedule provided by the lessor. There will be no increase in monthly rent, and the move will be supported by University Group (Same price for a fully-renovated unit!).
