I'm looking for someone to sublease my 1 bed, 1 bath apartment for $950/month starting as soon as possible! I am leaving town and sad to say good bye to such a nice apartment. It's a super cute mid-century historic apartment with hardwood floors, tons of natural light, and a lot of character. The neighborhood is really quiet, and all of the neighbors are friendly, respectful, and keep to themselves, so it's a great place to come home to after class or work. The apartment is partially furnished (I'm happy to leave some of my furniture if you want), and rent includes heat, water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, plus there's onsite laundry, 24-hour maintenance, and off-street parking (or you can get a street parking permit through Urbana). I've really loved living here, and it's a great spot if you're looking for a cozy, peaceful place that's close to everything.
